Classification

A great getaway escape of a the stressing work week is enjoying a great movie 
at home or better yet at a movie theater, especially when is a rainy, when you are not feeling like partying or clubbing, or you are too tired to do anything. A movie is the medicine for it. When it comes to movies, many titles comes to mind, but to a 20 year old 
guy not all movies are right for him. What movies does a 20 year old guy in a 
movies; there are few genres in this criteria and there are Action, Comedy, 
War/Thrillers.

Action films involves from car chases, fists fights, gun fights, and especially great stunts,         which leads to elements like characterization or complex plotting, that develops into the good guy versus the bad guy. The series also established the concept of the resourceful hero, who is able to dispatch the villains with a ready one-liner. For example,  
"Die Hard" is that the hero who is a loose cannon in the police force takes on a
handful of terrorists on a skyscraper. Also a great example of this is 
"Lethal Weapon", in that 2 cops solving crimes and conflicting with each others
making the movie Action-comedy. Then next time that a movie is packing all of
these characteristics, you know what kind of genre is.


Comedy films involve the humor in situations, people, and object abilities to amuse and produce laughter. Titles like the "The 40 year-old Virgin", 
in that the humor of it is that there is a 40 year-old virgin. Another example, 
"Me, Myself and Irene" is the funniest movie ever made in which the main 
character has split personalities and both are opposite of each other. The
way comedy films work, it contains within it variations on the elements of 
surprise, incongruity, conflict, and the effect of opposite expectations makes
a funny movie out of it.

War/Thrillers movies are characterized by fast pacing, frequent action, 
takes place on exotic settings such as various countries or time in history. 
Examples of this type are many, like war movies such as "Saving Private Ryan" 
, that takes place during World War II and it shows the brotherhood in the 
trenches of war. Another example is the most recent war movie out right now 
that is "300" in switch takes place during the Thermopylae battle in ancient 
Greece, including spartan against Persians. War/Thrillers films are almost 
like action movies but they don’t based on fiction as much like the other 
and they feel like a cliffhanger.






When it comes down to what types of movies a 20 year old guy likes, movies with the genres mention like Action, Comedy, and War/Thrillers. With this on mind the choices for a great escape for a stressful week or that rainy weekend, are almost endless if you are a 20 year old guy who enjoy sitting down on the edge of your seat watching great movies. Like Action, Comedy, War/Thrillers movies.
