On the front of the index card, at the top, print your name, last name first.
Next, enter an email address.
Underneath, write your major and the number of credits you have earned (at this school or elsewhere).
If you have a job that uses computers, put it at the bottom.
In the upper right corner, add the number of this course.
In the lower right corner, give today's date.
On the back, state your reasons for taking this course.
Also, list any languages in which you have written a working program.
