Create two VB forms, as described below:

1. Form to select area and county
   • Three radio buttons (to select a region, such as):
     • Long Island
     • New York City
     • New Jersey
   • Pull-down list of counties. (listBox or comboBox):

   When a radio-button is clicked, clear the list and then fill the list with lines from one of the following files:

   • longisland.txt
   • newyorkcity.txt
   • newjersey.txt

   Do not read lines directly into the list. Instead, read each record into an array element, then copy from the array into the list.

2. Form to create the "county" files

   Create a string array. (It may be global, and limited to no more than twenty elements.)
   Clear the textbox after each button is clicked.

   • Text box for input of the file name (to be read or written),
     OR a string to be (added or matched).
   • Listbox to display the array.
   • Buttons, as follows:
     • READ button to read from a file into the string array.
     • WRITE button to write from the string array onto a file.

     • SHOW button to display the array contents in a listbox.
     • ADD button, to add an element to the array, from the textbox.
     • SORT button to sort the array in ascending order.

       For extra credit:

     • LOOKUP button to look up the string (from the textbox) in the array, then add a line of output to the listbox that says which element matched the input string -- or a message saying it was not there.
