M E M O TO: Prof. BAM FROM: April Report SUBJECT: Weekly Report DATE: 2017 May. 08 During the month of April I was tasked with completing a variety of jobs. I was given the responsibility of answering help desk phone calls, as well as following up on open tickets. I also had to install several computer workstations for clients. At one point, I was tasked with inputting configurations into a client's router that we would deliver later that day. From completing these jobs, I learned a so much. In my opinion, one of the most important things I learned was how to quickly adapt to filling new positions. At one point I may just be answering help desk phone calls, while later in the day I could be installing computer workstations or inputting configurations into computer network equipment. I had to become a "jack of all trades" in order to successfully complete all of these tasks.
