I learned how to put the hard-drive into the PC tower after customer 
requested that the hard-drive would be wiped out, put onto a new hard-drive. 
The employees didn't tell customer that they were going to re-sell the tower 
as a whole, told customer it would be torn apart for parts. PC tower is given 
a Windows Operating System. I learned to replace 512 MG RAM with 2 GB RAM to make
the Computer faster and create more memory. 2 memory sticks containing 1 GB will 
be replacing 512 MG Memory sticks. 

I learned that if you don't have an internet connection with an ethernet cable 
plugged in, you need to use either a USB Wi-Fi adapter or a Wi-Fi PCI, which 
stands for Peripheral Component Interconnection. You have to put this inside of the tower. 
On the internet, you have to select CTRL, SHIFT, N on Google Chrome. CTRL, SHIFT, P 
on IE and Mozilla. This approach is call Incognito. We do this because it'll drive 
the employees out of business if the public knows how to fix the computer themselves.
