Reflection Essay
With the class coming to Conclusion, I was able to benefit from a number of new things from the class, as well as refresh my mind on things that I already knew.
	My Biggest Challenge coming in was finding an Internship because I am a procrastinator, so devoting every week to send out Resumes and Cover Letters was a huge issue this is something I intend to work on moving forward. Secondly was Time management I found out it was easier for me to Complete homework outside of class when I am at home without distractions. 
	But, regardless every week I would go back to my resume and look over what I could improve upon even if it was my formatting or my language used I would make sure it was perfect. In the Process of all this I found myself using the resources on campus in the career Center more often regarding helping my Resume look more presentable these are resources I was aware existed but was not able to Fully utilize them to benefit me as a Student. In the process because I was in the center for academic Success I could also get help with my other classes while I was there 
	As I progressed Further into the class. I realized that most of my colleagues has gotten internships already while some had given up I made it a priority to send 4 resumes each week to a new Job Posting. And Mid-way thru April I got an E-mail from Donna in the Town of Brookhaven for an Interview. 
	The process was fast and she seemed like a nice person and was hired on the same day as an Intern, it was not only Exciting but, also a relief after all this time it payed of.
