As for April I have being involved in inventory and troubleshooting of workstations, printers and other equipment. I have done imaging and software installations on workstations. As well as test emergency phone system. This is mostly what I do because of the many security layers of the VA. I have learned different tips on quicker troubleshooting and diagnosing. Also the main information fields of any ticket like the ticket number and the log of events.
