Good Afternoon Professor, I began my internship at IDP Consulting on April 10th, 2017. So far, I was instructed to set-up the cables to my PC and 2 monitors. I'm shadowing with team leader Miguel who oversees Help Desk. Thus far, he's exposed me to the multiple applications used to perform the daily functions of the job. How to create a ticket, trouble shoot the ticket, resolve the ticket and how to document/update the ticket throughout the entire process of the ticket.
