I'm in week 2 of my internship. I have been shadowing my team leader Miguel Orgullo and during this time, he's shown me the how to open a ticket using Autotask and all the required areas to be completed before saving and closing the ticket to be generated. How to use Logmein, Sharepoint and Wiki. These sites are used to access/monitor all of the clients information to help trouble shoot issues for each ticket.
