SUBJECT: Weekly Report

Last week I worked for 13 hours at the Town of Islip. I assisted in removing workstations and bringing them to our department so they could be upgraded with SSDs later on. I accompanied one of my co-workers to a nearby building to watch him help our network admin replace the NIC of a device on one of their server racks. I learned a lot about there infrastructure in the process. I also learned about WhatsUp Gold, a software they use to monitor the status of network connectivity between the devices on the sites our office is responsible for.
