As I have completed one month at Brookhaven Town Hall, I have been given more responsibilities. I pick up the help desk phone, submit support tickets into the system, fix any hardware or software issues within the town, take track of inventory, install new equipment such as workstations, printers, and scanners. I also set up new workstations by imaging Window's 7 and installing all the appropriate applications depending on the department in which the workstation will be.

I have also been offered several job positions most recently as a Computer Technician for a fair salary. Currently looking into it more.
