During my internship at Brookhaven Town Hall, I have learned many important things that will take
me a long way when going into my career in IT. I learned to be confident in admitting my mistakes 
and asking for help when I need it. I've learned how end users are and how to approach them when
going on to help them. Throughout my internship, I learned how to image new PC's and then
distribute them correctly throughout the town. Making sure they have network connection and every
program the end user needs. I found out that it's extremely important to test everything that I set up and fix. I've also learned how to partner up with other interns, lead them throughout tasks and
projects, and train them well so that they can feel confident doing tasks themselves.
